Bellarine Peninsula Mid-Week Escape
The Mid-Week Escape Series of Day-Tours by Vita Food & Wine Tours takes you on a food & wine experience to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Located just over an hour from Melbourne the region has sweeping views across bays and hinterland and with quality local seafood, olive oil producers and wineries there is plenty to whet the appetite. The Bellarine forms part of Victoria’s celebrated Pinot Coast and produces a range of excellent cool climate wines. Go beyond the cellar door with us to meet the makers and get unique access to some of the most talented young winemakers in the region.
For lunch we are the guests of local Chef Josh Smith of Merne at Lighthouse. Josh has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Victoria including the Royal Mail and Gordon Ramsey’s Maze. We will be looked after by the award winning service of Caleb Fleet and his team as we enjoy a delicious 3-course grazing meal together with a glass of exceptional local wine. One of the best dining experiences in the Bellarine.
Get some friends together or come and meet new ones with your tour leaders and hosts Gianni & Mario, on an intimate small group day-tour with travellers who love food & wine and great company.
