Day 1 - Arrive Adelaide (D)
You will be met on arrival at Adelaide airport and transferred to Mt Lofty in the Adelaide Hills. Here you will be welcomed to your luxurious boutique hotel for this evening. A special welcome dinner will be served at the nearby Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant, which has a 3 Chef Hat rating.

Day 2 - Adelaide, Clare Valley, Wilpena Pound (BLD)
This morning we’ll set off for the Flinders Ranges, travelling through the wine-growing district of the Clare Valley. Continue to the natural amphitheater of Wilpena Pound. Set amongst river red gums and native pines, Ikara Safari Camp is the perfect base for exploring Wilpena Pound National Park.

Day 3 - Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park (BLD)
This morning, set out on a walk to explore the incredible natural surrounds of Wilpena Pound before continuing to the geological sites of Brachina and Bunyeroo Gorges. Keep an eye out for the endangered yellow-footed rock-wallaby as you explore the quartzite-ridged gorges. This evening, enjoy dinner back at your safari camp, before retreating to your deck with relaxing vistas of the bush.

Day 4 - Wilpena Pound, Barossa Valley (BLD)
Enjoy the morning to relax at Wilpena Pound before enjoying lunch at the iconic Flinders Ranges hotel, The Prairie, before setting off for the Barossa Valley. Check in to the luxurious retreat, The Louise, surrounded by vineyards.

Day 5 - Barossa Valley (BL)
Today call in to Maggie Beer's Farm Shop adjacent to the famous cook’s Barossa Valley Pheasant Farm. Continue on to the iconic Jacob's Creek winery, Australia’s oldest commercial vineyard. Learn about the vast multi-national estate’s history that began in 1847 when Bavarian-born settler Johann Gramp planted a few grape vines by the banks of a small creek. During lunch, a Jacob’s Creek wine master will introduce you to the art of wine tasting and food pairing. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure.
